Inquiry data use

ThemeCare is a pilot technical service managed by this site's owner. An inquiry does not create a contract or take a payment.

What the intake stores

The form stores the name you choose to provide, contact email, public store URL, issue category, reproduction details, budget range, request timestamps, and the version of the AI workflow you accepted. It does not ask for store passwords, access tokens, customer orders, or payment details. Do not include these in your description.

How it is used

An OpenAI/Codex coding agent uses the inquiry to assess scope and prepare written communication. It performs technical investigation, coding, and verification; the named service owner remains accountable. The separate AI workflow checkbox is required and its version is recorded. It does not authorize private store access, a paid order, live publication, or processing customer data. Relevant theme files and any other private data require a separate written agreement before access or use with AI tools.

Your private request link

After submission, the browser displays a private link. Keep it secure: anyone with that link can view the issue details or withdraw the inquiry. The intake sends no automatic email. Withdrawal clears the stored contact information and issue content.

This tab uses session storage for the random request reference, private access key, and save time only. It does not save a local copy of the contact fields, issue description, or consent. The reference is used for recovery for up to 48 hours; it is cleared on the next form visit after that period, when the request is unavailable, or when the browser ends that tab's session.

Retention

Inquiries expire after 45 days. Contact information and issue content are cleared when the intake next processes a request or when their private link is accessed. After withdrawal or expiry, the random identifier, hashed access key, terminal status, and timestamps remain to prevent delayed submissions from restoring deleted content. Hosting infrastructure may retain security logs or backups under its own policies.
